Customer satisfaction is our priority, we will credit a product if you are not completely satisfied with it, subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy as detailed below. You must inform us of your desire to return the Product within 10 working days of receipt and the product is in resaleable condition - it needs to still be in its original unopened packaging and unmarked. Due to health and safety reasons we are unable to offer refunds on food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee and water. To return a product, you will need to contact us within 10 working days of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 10 working days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value. Once the product has been returned to us and we have had an opportunity to inspect it to ensure that it is in resaleable condition we will then process the credit note. The credit note will be issued as soon as possible once we have received the product back.
