On May 25th 2018 the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect. This gives you more rights around how your personal information is used. To ensure that you feel confident with how we, at Paperstation Limited, process your information we have our following privacy notice in place.
Your name, company name, address, work email address and contact telephone numbers. If there are various delivery locations or several buyers within your organisation these details will also be stored by ourselves.
Financial Information - If you wish to make an automated payment in order to purchase any goods, on our webstore, your credit card number and expiry date will be required. Once your payment has been processed your financial information will be passed to a credit card processing company who does not use, retain or store this information for any other purpose than to process your payment. Any manual credit card details for payments given over the telephone will be shredded as soon as the payment has been processed through our credit card terminal.

The information is taken when an account with Paperstation Limited is being opened. The account may be opened directly with our office staff, via a member of our external sales team or through our webstore.
We will only share your personal data with one of our suppliers if a delivery to an area of the country has been requested by you, or your company, which is outside of our own van routes. In these circumstances only the minimum amount of information to enable the delivery to be completed is given to our supplier.
We do not share information with any marketing or market research agencies.
Paperstation Limited do employ however the services of a sales consultant whose role it is to train and develop our sales team to help grow our business.
We will keep your personal information for as long as you remain a customer of ours. However we will only retain the last seven years of data, either manual or on our computer system, unless there is a claim or legitimate reason for keeping these records longer.
